PVDF fluorocarbon paint is a high-temperature baking product, which generally includes primer and topcoat, and is baked for 15 minutes at 230°C. This fluorocarbon paint is mainly suitable for aluminum plates, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and other base materials. The paint film is metallic in color, has good metal texture, beautiful appearance and excellent decorative properties. It is widely used in the field of aluminum veneer curtain walls.
Main performance characteristics: Very good solvent resistance, chemical resistance, UV resistance, high mechanical strength, and excellent heat resistance

Application Process:
1.Substrate Preparation
Aluminum: Chrome or chrome-free conversion coating (QUALICOAT/GSB approved)
Steel: Zinc phosphate or epoxy primer underlayer
2.Primer Layer (Recommended)
Fluorocarbon powder systems often use a 2-coat system:
Epoxy or polyester primer for adhesion & corrosion resistance
Fluorocarbon topcoat for UV/weather resistance
3.Topcoat Application
Apply via electrostatic spray gun
Use clean spray booth to prevent contamination
4.Curing
Curing depends on resin type:
PVDF: Often requires higher cure temps (220–240 °C)
FEVE-based: Can cure at 180–200 °C, similar to polyesters
Time: 10–20 minutes depending on system
5.Inspection & Testing
Coated parts tested for gloss, color, adhesion, salt spray resistance, etc.

Prices depend on the colors and using environment ,for prices please tell us the colors and using environment (indoor use or outdoor use).
4.Time of delivery :
Production will take about 5-8 days after receipt of prepayment,this is subject to the quantity .
5.Payment :
30% T/T prepayment , 70% T/T before shipment (or against BL) or LC at sight .
6.Samples:
1kg powder sample is available for each color for your testing.
